With the encouragement of the Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Vicente S. Dayao, and the enthusiasm of some of the local Catholic men, with the assistance of some neighboring councils, the local council was organized. Some members of the neighboring councils exemplified the pioneering members of the local council. With strong faith in God, love of the Catholic Church in union with the Holy See and with the vision to help others, Council No.12732 was founded.
Brod. Knight Gabriel Riconalla was the first Grand Knight when the council was officially registered and recognized by the Supreme Council in the year 2000. With his conviction and dedication he was again elected as the Grand Knight the year after..
